Well, we now own a WII and good gracious, Wii Fit is not joke. My fitness age is 48! Wow, what happened. I have terrible balance and my BMI is normal but could be better. I tried the Julian Ultimate body workout. Good GOD!! THat woman is no joke. Now, I feel like I am 100! Who knew. Now, I feel sorry for those pople on the biggest loser, she really is a B****.
